1. Scope

It does not govern third-party websites, wallets, blockchains, exchanges, applications, or services that we do not control.

We do not treat information written to a public blockchain as private because blockchain records may be independently accessible by anyone.

6. Blockchain & digital-asset information

Public blockchains are transparent and generally immutable. Wallet addresses, token transfers, staking transactions, token metadata, contract interactions, and related activity may be publicly visible and may remain public even if you stop using Krypto Titanic. We cannot delete or alter information maintained by an independent blockchain network.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

No online system, wallet, blockchain, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users remain responsible for protecting their passwords, authentication methods, wallet credentials, and devices.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

Where applicable, requests may include opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will also honor legally required browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when applicable to our processing.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are not intended for children. Users must satisfy the minimum age and eligibility requirements stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you access the Services from outside the country where our infrastructure or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
